Rob has held a number of senior positions in the South East and inner London in building control and has 29 years experience in the construction industry. 15 years in Building Control and Surveying, Rob has a comprehensive knowledge of building regulations within the building procurement and design process. A Chartered Environmentalist and Access Auditor, with expertise in Mechanical and Engineering services. Rob has specialist knowledge in Fire Safety, M&E services, thermal calculations (SAP, SBEM and EPCs) access statements and DDA. Rob has gained considerable experience from a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. Proficient in major developments and working in partnership with architects, D&B contractors, project managers and designers. Offering proactive, practical and engineered solutions, cost saving advice and guidance to achieve a one stop shop approach.
