With 24 years experience in the construction industry, 20 of which in building control, Andrew has comprehensive knowledge of the building regulations and associated legislation. Andrew has held a number of senior positions in central London over the past nine years, in both the private and public sector of building control. Prior to his move into London, Andrew has worked in North Yorkshire, Isle of Man (Government) and Hertfordshire. Andrew has a wealth of experience in managing building control teams and large projects within Central London for both private and public sector clients. Projects include education and health care buildings, large commercial and retail developments around London and Canary Wharf. Andrew has developed specialist knowledge in fire safety, fire engineering, London Building Act (Section 20/21) and Fire Risk Assessments.
